About the Role
As the Driver Partner Manager at Facedrive Rideshare, you will lead the driver onboarding (DOB) team to help new driver partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, problem-solve, prioritize tasks, build and coach teams and set and meet targets will be paramount to success in this role. Facedrive’s driver partners are our most important customers, and we’re building an outstanding support experience for them at our service regions.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for driver recruitment and retention across all service regions
- Build, coach and inspire teams of people to strengthen quality and efficiency metrics to help support Driver Partners be successful on the Facedrive platform
- Support hiring, scheduling, attendance, and general administration of the DOB team
- Keep DOB team aware and updated on support policies by engaging with operations teams across the company and cascading the information through
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive strategic initiatives and harness growth opportunities
- Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to ensure operational excellence
- Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of different programs and services to support Driver Partners
- Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to optimize operational efficiency across both sides of the business
- Establish and enhance strong, valuable partnerships focused on business growth
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in team management, operations, technology, or related experience
- Prior experience in the transportation, logistics or gig economy sector is an asset
- High-growth or early-stage start-up experience is a must
- Experience in managing complex stakeholders, vendors and partnership operations
- Experience in solving complex customer problems
- Experience in operational or process improvement
- Experience in team coaching and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
