We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our multifaceted “people-and-planet first” platform, Facedrive. The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible to drive customer growth across paid media channels for our strategic markets in Canada. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your campaign planning, development, and execution skills to deliver business goals for Facedrive’s multiple verticals.
What You’ll Do :
Both analytical and imaginative, you will understand performance data and gain insights to optimize paid media strategies while coming up with creative ways to reach our target audience in strategic markets
Lead campaign launches, optimization, and reporting inclusive of creative, campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management. Platforms include website, social and digital media, email, search, display and more
Work with in-house marketing, operations and business development teams to optimize media buying in effort to hit growth targets while being conscious of cost
Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase followers, engagement and drive website traffic and conversions
Actively evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign against KPIs to maximize ROI and implement effective strategies with clear recommendations for future campaigns (direction, tactics, timeline, budget, etc.)
Monitor and review digital traffic using analytics and provide recommendations on data regarding campaign performance, SEO, UX and conversion goals
Develop and implement testing strategies to improve performance including creative/copy A/B testing, incrementality testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
What You’ll Need :
Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced work environment
Qualification in marketing/communications/digital advertising
At least 1-2 years of experience managing digital campaigns, especially in the B2C niche
Experience implementing SEO and using online advertising solutions such as Google Adwords and Facebook Ad Manager
Previous experience managing large marketing campaign budgets
Local market knowledge of the Canadian consumer and regional differences
Strong reporting and Excel skills with experience building pivot tables, multi-function formulas and graphs and basic SQL
Superb written and structured communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Collaborative approach to working with a diverse group of internal team members and vendors/partners
