COVID-19 Rapid Screening Program

We are working with the Government of Canada to provide merchants with FREE COVID-19 self-screening kits, to help keep your employees and our community safe.

Now available to all small and medium-sized organizations (under 150 employees) across Canada.

Step 1 – Register

Register by creating an account on the Facedrive online portal.

Step 2 – Complete Order Request

Facedrive can provide pick-up or delivery options:

A. Pick-Up
Appointments need to be booked in advance. Pick-up location: Facedrive Head Office

B. Delivery
Please indicate preferred time of delivery for training at location.

Step 3 – Order Review

Facedrive will review your application based on the program criteria, to see if your organization is qualified.

Step 4 – Receive Order & Training

If your organization’s application is approved, you will:

A. Get a pick-up appointment or delivery time to the address indicated in your application;

B. Receive training and additional resources.

Step 5 – Reporting

You will be required to report to Health Canada every 7 days, ensuring your organization understands COVID-19 trends and impacts.

This can be done through the Facedrive Online Portal.

Step 6 – Reorder

Kits can be re-ordered through the Facedrive Online Portal every 2 weeks.
